Located at the site of the infamous Garage and KoolKat club, we've brought about the renovation of a Nottingham icon. Reborn as The Garage Studios, eight new creative spaces have made their way to the Lace Market and hosts businesses of all shapes and sizes.

Located in the heart of the Lacemarket, 41-43 St Mary’s Gate is an iconic location in Nottingham’s music & popular culture. From the late ’70’s it opened as a nightclub, and music venue under the identities of Beachcomber, The Garage, The Koolkat, and Lizard Lounge.
After a brief spell in ‘retirement’, we have undertaken a complete refurbishment, and modernisation of the building to create 8 office suites of character, and style. The offices range from 300-850sqft and all have great natural light, facing onto a landscaped courtyard, or pedestrianised St Mary’s Gate. All have access to our shared Boardroom which celebrates the unique history of the building.
