Work is complete on the communal meeting room, the shower for the bike-riders amongst you and cycle posts to store those bikes.
There is parking just around the corner at the Stoney Street NCP, with contract spaces available, and we’ve installed the fastest fiber optic broadband in Nottingham to allow the best speeds around.

Into a new centre for Nottingham business
The Lacemarket area of Nottingham once played host to a fondly remembered destination, The Garage club. For years, the venue attracted partygoers from all over the country with memorable events lasting well into the early hours.
Since then, the club has changed owners and identities, most recently drawing people in as The Lizard Lounge and BZR.
In honour of it’s pride-of-place heritage in the history of Nottingham, it has brought back the Garage name.
Now remade with a new purpose in mind, it serves as a thriving centre for local businesses, bringing many creative minds under a single roof.

Garage Studios provides a convenient, central environment to conduct and promote all kinds of business. Located right in the heart of the city, transport links are plentiful to get you to anywhere you need to go.
The building comprises eight brand new offices that can suit any one ranging from a small start-up, to the head office of a multinational company. The site has been beautifully renovated and is maintained to a high standard, with private and communal facilities including an ever-useful conference room.
Located in the heart of the Lacemarket, 41-43 St Mary’s Gate is an iconic location in Nottingham’s music & popular culture. From the late ’70’s it opened as a nightclub, and music venue under the identities of Beachcomber, The Garage, The Koolkat, and Lizard Lounge.
After a brief spell in ‘retirement’, we have undertaken a complete refurbishment, and modernisation of the building to create 8 office suites of character, and style. The offices range from 300-850sqft and all have great natural light, facing onto a landscaped courtyard, or pedestrianised St Mary’s Gate. All have access to our shared Boardroom which celebrates the unique history of the building.
